Terra.do teaches people how to work on climate, through cohort-based online programs, then connects them to a community of practitioners and to employers hiring. Anyone trying to move into climate work needs three things and can't easily get any of them: real learning that isn't a four-year degree or a video course with a 5% completion rate, a professional network in a field where they know nobody, and a way to find the jobs.

Every technology in this portfolio needs people to build, finance, permit, install, and maintain it, and the constraint on deployment is increasingly the humans rather than the hardware. Engineers, policy people, journalists, farmers, board members. Talent is the layer underneath all of it, and it is the one nobody funds, because it doesn't look like a climate solution until you notice that nothing gets built without it.
