GoPowerEV puts bidirectional charging in every parking space of an apartment building and runs the whole fleet as one virtual power plant. Residents charge in their own space and can sell power back when the grid wants it; the property gets an amenity; the utility gets peak capacity without a new plant. About 40% of Americans live in multifamily housing, and for most of them home charging simply doesn't exist, which quietly rules them out of owning an electric car at all.

A few shared chargers in a common lot is the usual answer, and it is both expensive per space and a daily annoyance. Solving it per-space opens the EV market to a huge share of the country that is currently locked out. And a few hundred thousand parked EVs can answer a peak the way a nuclear plant does, out of batteries that were bought for other reasons and sit idle twenty-two hours a day.
