Imperium Technologies makes an electronic steam trap and the platform that reads it. Steam traps clear condensate from steam lines, and a refinery, paper mill, or hospital campus runs thousands of them. They fail silently, venting live steam for months before anyone notices, and a large share of the fuel burned to make industrial steam escapes through traps that broke and never said so. The conventional fix clamps a sensor to the outside of the pipe and infers what's happening within. Imperium puts the intelligence inside the trap itself, swapping one-for-one for legacy models without a shutdown, then pricing each loss in fuel and dollars and confirming whether a repair worked.

Those emissions are avoidable with no change to the process, no new fuel, and no capital project. That kind of decarbonization rarely gets attention, because nothing about it is visible.
