Spark Charge

SparkCharge makes a portable, modular, ultra-fast EV charger and runs a network that brings it to the car. A driver requests a charge and someone arrives and delivers it, in a driveway, an office lot, or a park. No station, no wiring, no site.

Charging infrastructure is the main thing holding back EV adoption, and building it out means electrical work, permits, and utility interconnections at every location, one at a time, over years. Most of what exists is slow, and cold weather can cut range by nearly half, which makes it slower still in the places that need it most. Decoupling the charger from the parking spot means charging can reach a place months before a fixed station could, or reach places that will never justify one. The infrastructure gap is real and long. Something has to serve the drivers in the meantime.
