OpConnect

OpConnect provides EV charging as a complete package: the stations, a cloud platform handling payment, scheduling, and maintenance tickets, and the support behind it. Property owners, utilities, employers, and cities come to it wanting charging for the people who use their buildings, and get a working system rather than a procurement project.

The country needs millions of charging ports, roughly half of them away from home, and the ones installed are frequently hard to use, out of service, or both. A charger that doesn't work is worse than no charger, because someone planned a trip around it. Keeping the driver relationship with the brand or utility that owns the site, rather than surrendering it to a network, is what makes an owner willing to put chargers in and keep them running. Uptime is the whole product, and it is mostly a software problem.
